LCPR OS Acceptable Use and AI Policy
Effective July 21, 2026
Authorized business use
LCPR OS is a company system for authorized work. Use only your own account, follow the access assigned to your role and location, and do not attempt to bypass permissions or use another person's access.
Protect company and personal information
- Do not share passwords, authentication links, or restricted documents.
- Access employee and customer records only when required for your job.
- Do not copy, download, photograph, or distribute confidential information except for an authorized business purpose.
- Promptly report suspected unauthorized access, a lost device, an incorrect permission, or accidental disclosure to LCPR support.
- Do not upload unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, infringing, or malicious content.
Pawfessor and AI use
- Pawfessor may be used only by team members age 18 or older.
- Do not enter passwords, banking or payroll data, medical information, disciplinary matters, or unnecessary employee or customer details.
- Verify important answers against the cited source or with a manager. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
- Do not use AI output as the sole basis for an employment, safety, medical, legal, financial, or customer-care decision.
- Do not use Pawfessor to evaluate, rank, profile, or make decisions about employees or applicants.
Activity records and review
LCPR records limited account and usage activity for authentication, operations, training, support, and security. Authorized administrators or managers may review those records. Team members should not treat the LCPR OS as a personal or private communications system.
Training and accessibility
Required, job-related training should be completed during authorized paid work time. Team members should promptly tell a manager if they are asked to complete required training off the clock or if recorded training time is inaccurate. Contact LCPR support or a manager for an accessible format, assistive technology, or another reasonable accommodation.
Third-party services
Use of linked services remains subject to their applicable rules, including the YouTube Terms of Service. Company policies continue to apply when a link opens another system.
Enforcement and policy status
LCPR may restrict or remove access and address misuse under applicable company policy. This policy does not create a contract, promise continued employment, or change the at-will employment relationship. LCPR may update it as systems, vendors, or legal requirements change. Continued access may require renewed agreement to a materially updated policy.
